Work method

Before we start a project we would like to get to know you and everything there is to know about the project. This first meeting is very important to get to know each other and we will ask a lot of questions to make sure we fully understand your wishes and plans. 

Concept design 

In this phase, we will translate our first ideas into moods and sketches to show our first conceptual thoughts with you. This will be the starting point for the design. 

Preliminary design

After agreement on the concept, we will proceed with updating the moods, layouts will be worked out into more detail, and proposals on materials, furniture and fittings will be made. We will also create, 2D and 3D sketches, and start on the lighting plans. 

Final design

In this phase we will finalize the drawing set with which builders can start calculating and building. The set of complete drawings will include the final layout, elevations, sections, custom furniture details, floor, wall and ceiling plans, lighting and electricity plans, materials and all the necessary specifications. We source suppliers, meet with contractors, approve final materials and design details.
